With all the Great HAMB improvements

I have a question....IMHO, with all the improvements to the HAMB....Why can't more members post photos?

This is particularly a problem in the Classifieds esp. with car ads. It nice to read about the cars, but pictures really help the listing a lot, and posting photos continues to be a problem for many members.

Can anything be done to improve the system? Thanks
