Highboy Hot rod GAZ-AA pickup truck! Similar to Ford AA, it's fitted to more Ford A-esque proportions, put Volga 4banger in it, and painted (and named - "GL-AA") it inpired from GAZ GL-1 ( http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_mduum3H7aE1qilaalo1_1280.jpg )

I have been torn between red, orange and green for my car.
I bought the paint so it's going to be key lime pearl.
    Here's pretty much the color.

    Hey Happy Friday!
    Great start gentlemen.
I just got these in from Andy's Tee Shirts.
They used discharge ink that takes the fabric color out and replaces it with RF grungy green! :D

Haven't played here in a while, so here's my contribution.
Striped up plexi panel. Been too busy with other things to have any brush dragging time.

Not sure if this is art, but these are from the "Lost '36 3-Window" thread. I recently started learning this new fangled Photoshop thing, so I'm still a little wet behind the ears. Very interesting program..... but I'm not giving up my brushes just yet.

    Another crazy friday !

    N. Ozols: very nice done & on european cars: good ideas

    Realkustom: nice sketches.

Spoggie: this one is awesome (Ranchero, or a kind of typical Austalian Ute ?).

Bob: one of my favorite, very nice atmosphere.

    Gary: crazy grinch green p.u.

    Weber: cool "ratty" shirts

Clysdale: I really love your style.

    Gearhead: koool stripes.

Ruben: of course it's art. Very well done.

Do you remember a lil' model car made by Monogram, called the Lemon Crate? It was a 40 Ford, but why not a more recent model?

When I was 10, I jumped up into Uncle Bob's new '54 Buick, sat on my knees, looked out the wraparound windshield, and pretended to fly a P-51 Mustang or a F-86 Sabre Jet.

Buick hood ornaments were the perfect gun sight. Portholes on fenders were exhausts for the Mustang and .50 cal. guns on the Sabre.

I flew lots of missions, and in all this time, that neighborhood is still safe from Messerschmitts and MIG-15's.

Ruben, you left off the most important detail that just made that car. Where is the hood securing device?!

You just cannot believe anything anymore. Nice work. I wonder if the original builder of the car had a similar vision?

Spray gun in pencil on an original 1948 pinup page for a friends bodyshop. I still have to put his shop logo in the bottom corner. If anyone would like a print of this with their shop logo drawn on feel free to PM me for a price. Have a great weekend everyone!
