And my first & only O/T (I hope).. fine Oval- top tudor SMASA 1990. Painted (acrylic) at the SMASA Show & Shine '13 last weekend- the car still looks great.

Wow Spoggie! Those look great. Way to start the show!

Here's mine for this week. this was inspired by an AMT 57 Chevy model I built around 1964-Boy, that makes me feel old. I would have been 12.
It was my dream car. Metallic blue,Ala Kart chrome wheels with narrow whitewalls-which were pretty new back then-,blown 409,57 Buick grille. I'm sure this looks better than the model ever did,but it was beautiful to me.

 

IIRC 5 1/2 x 2 3/4"

1/3 pound of Pewter.

Some stripes I did on a firewall as part of a trade for bike parts [way more cramped to work around than it looks. It was a PITA. Even with the grid sketched out it was hard to focus on perspective while contorting myself around that bellhousing]:

Great start as usual. Thanks to all of you, friday becomes really my favourite day of the week.

This week, a Kadillac and a 41 Dodge. I really like this old trucks, because, with their big headlights, they look like frogs!!!!!!!

Weisgerber is the KING of headlights and grills! Lord knows he's done enuff of them!!!!
