AWESOME SHOW!! Too many to compliment on, so my hats off to all of you! Hopefully I can get some more done for next weeks show.

 

ToddJ and Clysdale, your guys' shit is rad... and killer week, everyone's stuff looks killer.

When I saw this thing at Octane Gallery in Nashville a few weeks ago, I flipped! Bought it on the spot and had to wait two weeks for the artist's show to end--longest two weeks of my life I think.... The artist is DustinDirt(.com)--pretty sure he's not a HAMB guy, or even a car guy for that matter, but he got it right with this piece It's brush/airbrush on masonite, covered with tabletop resin and is shiny as glass(see the lamp reflection) Crappy pic, but the only way to get it all in the frame cause it's freakin HUGE---wingspan is almost five feet..the sparkplug is about 3 ft tall, and the colors are vivid in person. I love it, and it's on my living room wall till I die!

 

Damn...that's cool....

Wow- I'd like to have been there Tiny. Inspiring hardware, nicely shot.
Jigger- back to the drawing board- another pearl ! BTW , the handsome drongo in the S.A.R.& C.C thread is not me, it's my brother, hot-rod dude- we went there in his '37 Chevy roadster.

Mark, this is me.. And this is a painting of Peter & Sue Kelly's Deuce. Unsplit bone, 283 or 307 , not sure. Gennie duece roadsters, so rare & magical.
Bought in '66 for $38.00. Original owners were embarassed to ask for $40.00, apparently. It was such a pleasure to meet you two last weekend, and paint your car .
