Vintage shots from days gone by!

Does anyone know anything about this vehicle? Appears to be 2 different cars - different tags on the top one from the other 2 pics. Can't remember where I found these pics:

About the neat lookin' convertivle, I'm not sure who built it, but based on the license plates they were from south central Ohio. Anywhere south of about US 30 would have the letters after the numbers. North of that line, the letters would be first. The letters also pointed to a general geographic area in the state. Given the PA and PW suffixes, my guess would be Piqua which is just north of Dayton.
