I've got Five or six neighbours like that within a couple blocks not including my collection of rust. They may not all have that many cars at one house but we could quadrouple that if we all brought our projects together.
What I don't want for neighbours are people that take it too far. Like if I don't get the lawn cut for a couple weeks they are phoning the town office and complaining. Some people have troubles getting around you know. People like that are far and few, but are the driving force behind most strict bylaws. If I had someone like that for a neighbour, I'd be painting my house purple with pink poka dots. If I don't go outside I'm not the one who has to look at it. Just my take. I hope more car guys move to the block. Doug.

I would have no problem being your neighbor.
I broke my own neighbors in over 30 years ago. No complaints but they still like to look. Sometimes I just don't answer the door if they come over to borrow me or maybe some tools.

It's a little much, but...y'know, I could see a community where the 'HOA' means 'this year it's a $250 assessment for the 5-axis CNC mill...'

Yah unless you got at least a half acre between neighbors it is too close....
