Edit/Change Email Address
I tried to find a thread on this but couldn't. Please let me know what I'm doing wrong. Here are the steps I've done...multiple times to make sure no typos. Thanks in advance.
Manage your account > edit your details > edit email and pw > enter current pw > type new email and confirm new email > save changes > error message---" The email address you entered is already in use. If you have forgotten your password, please click here."
