Default Studebaker pedal car? Info needed

I found this old pedal car at a local auction and wondering if I should bid on it. I'm in love with it but it's quite rough so an approximate value or any info about it would be amazing!

Thanks!

Doesn't look like any Studebaker I've ever seen.

Why do you think it's a Stude?

It looks like it has a Studebaker emblem on the hood, but I think its probably homemade.
Is it wood?

It has studebaker emblem and also the signature studebaker dome on the back, also the unique S lined on the seat, definitely authentic, very heavy metal and of the period, i would say 50's 60's. Definitely not home made.

Also Didn't look like any stude I'd ever seen which made me very interested. Cool piece anyway.

Looks more like a rutabaga than a Studebaker
