The sound of a BB gun the new brown note
I was at my father's house moving my car stash around when I hear the pink of a kid shooting his daisy BB gun (he is 6 or 7). Made me instantly panic I walked around my wife's Mercury and over to my coupe looking for dents. I thought back to my younger days of shooting a hole in everything I could see. Then, I had a short talk with the child with the gun and I think we are square, but if not I guess pay backs are hell.
And to top it off a scrape guy (who spoke broken English) was in the lot next to my dad's and stopped to ask if I would sell any of my scrap. I said, "Hell no its all mine!" $200 in scrap, $10,000 on the open market fucking dumb asshole. Thought I was going to have a stroke.

If the kid had no thought of plinking your car, he does now that you put it in his head.
And the scrap guy will grab your stuff when no one is looking.

yea the scrap guy will! move the stuff you really want, or kiss it bye bye. take a picture of his plate so if it does go missing, you can call the cops on him! make sure he sees you do it too!

Hah Ive found some bbs lying around the cowl of my Ford before and some starred glass. It did *not* make me happy, but at least the car isnt in paint and I want to redo my glass anyway so not super major.
Please tell me youve got your "scrap" in a locked, fenced area or shipping container or something? I despise scrap thieves, they take everything from manhole covers to statues in parks-wish I were kidding about that-and I dont have any trust in police to protect me or find criminals, much less the courts to punish them. Im going to go look up the price of razor wire, I need to get a roll or two.
