Wow, sad. This really came out of nowhere.

 

Just got chill's down my spine reading this title....
HORRIBLE new's to say the least..damn...
My heart go's out to his family, friend's and all who he touched.

God Speed Boyd....

 

Last I read he was home from the hospital and doing fine!

Vios con Dios. Shit. Makes one feel kind of bad about remorselessly poking fun at him and his style all these years. Regardless, the hot rod world has lost a true soldier.

 

me too...wow, just wow. that's crazy...i don't really know what else to say about it. i never would have thought i'd be sad to see him go, but i am. like so many others have said, he did SO much for this hobby and worked so hard to do it. my thoughts go out to his family.

Wow I can't believe it, I really thought he was going to be ok, It sad that we have been losing so many of the Great builders and customizers of our time recently. I feel so bad for his family and friends.

 

my prayers are with the family and he will be missed. whether we like the "style" he built or not he was an icon in the hot rodding community and he did great things for the hobby. God Speed Boyd..............

Another very talented man has left the the hotrod world. Like him or not, apprecite his visions or hate em, you can not deny the incredible impact he had on the the hotrod community and even non-car people.

A shame to hear of him leaving so early. Good luck to all of his family members, employees, and business ventures.
