1933 1934 Ford Restoration Tech Roadster Phaeton Top Molding. Quite a few very nice restorations are missing 3 pieces of trim found on the top assembly of the open car. A small arc shaped metal trim with a rubber seal goes just above the shaft of the wiper motor on the inside of the car. It is held on with 3 round headed screws.
And on the front wood top bow just in front of the windshield is a right and left long narrow metal molding which helps to hold down the top material and dresses off the wood bow. The ends of the molding have a curve which matches the curve of the wood bow. Please see my photos for location. wmonzo@comcast.net Bill Monzo |
