North Central Arkansas says hi
Retired in the Ozarks and looking to get a cruiser to play with. Old school fan. I remember drags before they had christmas trees and Don Garlits was a kid. Hoping to find a club fairly close that can help me in my quest and interests.

Welcome to the forum. I remember the Ozarks when the Lake wasn't filled with bass boats. Look around and I'm sure you'll find someone here who is close by with just what you need.

Welcome from Clarksville. Where in N. Central Arkansas are you located? Big swap meet going on next week at Petit Jean Mountain (12th thru 16th), there's usally a lot of cars for sale in the Car Corral. I'll be in spaces 23 & 24 from the 13th to the 16th, stop by and say hello. Check out the social group Arkansas H.a.m.b.'ers. I can't say that I remember Garlits as a kid but I sure do remember flaggers...

Living la vida loca in Mountain View (www.mountainviewcc.org). Had been spending any discretionary cash on flying but age and momma are telling me to get back on the ground. I have always had a love for hot rods but unfortunately family, work, and life got in the way. Got the time now.....just looking for something to cruise these beautiful mountains but no car clubs locally. We do get an occasional rod run come through town to visit. Not likely I can make Petit Jean (g'kids are here) but I may give it a shot. Stay in touch and thanks for the welcome.
