Hey everyone, new guy here. Been mechanic for over 25 years and always have been trying to get a project vehicle of vintage years. just found a 29 chevy p/u, cabless, straight 6, 4 speed in a barn in maine. Decided why not. Bought it now need to pick it up. not sure what i am gonna do with it yet. main focus is to get it running. found the old crank handle and was able to rotate engine. good signs. got onto this site by recommendation from my uncle who has been with you guys for a real long time. he has done many transformations and loves this site. guess i will too.

thanx everyone glad to be here. yes yetiskustoms i did say cabless. maybe i should say the cowl and front panels there. no doors or back cab area. just wooden seat and small back wooden box. not sure if farmer pulled all off to use truck for plowing fields. has plowing tine assembly bolted to drivers side of truck. frame rust free with original rims and tires. last time driven was in 86. always used on farm and always stored in barn
