This place just amazes me ... just about the time you think you've seen all the great builds you can another one comes along!

    Great work.

What size are they and where did you get those front tires?

Those front tire's are 5.60x15 U.S. Royals on Radir 15x5. Got the tires from Coker. Gonna be a burnout machine!:D

I have been looking at those very tires on their website. They look good in person - should be a good match for my Hurst cheaters!

Yup, they do look good up close & yes they compliment the cheaters out back! Man I'm on the Jones for that first ride! My first & very own HotRod after all these years! I can't sleep nights. Probably won't for awhile after it's together either:D

Nope, the mill has yet to be lit. It is an 010 chevy small block.
    .030 over stock stroke
forged eagle crank, 6" scat rods, forged blower pistons, total seal rings
Brodix RR200 alumn. cyl.Heads, 72cc combustion chambers, total compression is 8.5-1.
    Comp roller rockers
    hydraulic flat tappet lifters
Comp cam, mild blower grind ( lift & duration specs escape me @ the moment)
Dyers 6-71 blower 20% underdriven, aprox. 7 lbs. boost
    2 Demon 650 blower carbs
    Msd ignition
    blah blah blah....
trying to achive that blend of performance AND drivability and hopefuly w/ some of the incidental dressup stuff added ( finned rocker covers, limefire headers etc...)it should not look all " Musclecarish" This is all backed by a Richmond 5 speed, Mccleod street twin and their hydraulic release bearing. Ford 9" w/ a tru-trac.
Still gotta plumb for brakes, fuel and gotta wire it among other stuff. Man all this liitle shit is killing me. Better get back to work!:)

  11. beautiful job man.. should be alot of fun..

good luck with plumbing and wiring, i hate that part too!

And loud! The car has no exhaust yet other than the headers and because Roundup will be the maiden voyage/1st shakedown run, It's not gonna have any for a little while. Hope the exhaust note doesnt drown the pleasant whirrr from the huffer.
