????Freeze plug size 460 Ford

    Need freeze plug size for a 73 460 Ford, the one under the driver side motor mount. Will save me a long trip! Thank you.....Beet

    Autozone can look it up on thier computer, use the rubber bolt in kind it's lots easier than pounding in a steel replacement, where you have limited swing area. Save the steel ones for engines that are out of the car.
     
  6. I like the rubber expandables too, easier to install if the access is obstructed. I used to use the marine ones on the rear of the blocks, those never rot out.
