I love to see the foreign cars and settings. Here are some interesting US vehicles in the Philippines. On the left, Stanley mountain wagons in Baquio. Middle, a '29 Packard (633) in Manilla. Right, a Packard 326 sedan at a crossing near Manilla.

1926 Studebaker (????) Belonged to Larry Ellis father before he was born in 1941

Larry thought it might be a 1926 Buick Standard Six with Packard wire wheels.

Looks like a Studebaker to me.

One of the longest cars I have ever seen.... A stretched Rolls Royce Silver Ghost..... The extra length is in the cowl and hood and I am guessing it is 10"-12" longer than standard.

It has a very custom body with unsual fenders.......

One of the shortest cars I have ever seen......A special which looks to be based on a Model T judging by the engine and coil box above the head.

1929 Packard - looks like a model 633 sedan. Let Tom know Stude eventually bought out Packard, so he was closer than he thought.

  14. That's "Bud" the first dog to cross the US in a automobile, I believe it was a '03 Winton driven by Horatio Nelson Jackson.

Yup, looks like a 1903-4 Winton-huge 2-cylinder. Similar as the one Jackson and Bud drove.

Great winter rigs! I am partial to the one with what looks like a saw blade. I'd like to see that thing at speed, kicking up a rooster tail of shavings. Here are some modified Harleys for winter sport.

Founded in 1907, the Oakland Motorcycle Club has a long history & heritage of turning out hellacious old school hill-climbers, modern-day enduro jockeys, and all-around raucous riders. Checkout the tonnage of awe-inspiring vintage photos documenting their historical group shots, outdoor motor-sports, and runs galore on good ol’classic American iron– Indian & Harley Davidson motorcycles.

And if the bike action doesn’t get ya’, their gear-head meets The Great Gatsby style certainly will.

Bow ties, shawl collars & jodphurs– oh my.

Another early Winton, rear entrance tonneau, with a local character (Rattlesnake Pete's cousin?).

This race track is a simple ring that ends as a velodrome and is a little over a kilometer long. When construction ended in 1922, it was, at the time, the largest factory in Europe and became the emblem of the Italian industry.
