I am building a flathead for my 1949 Ford. I will be running the famous Isky 404-A radius-tappet cam. The motor will have a 3 5/16 bore and 4 1/8 stroke 284.33 c.i.,Navarro heads and a two deuce racing intake manifold on top.

Can anybody tell me about there performance? I hear these cams have wicked idle.

I know alot of top dog drag racers ran them. My car will also have T-85 C Trans with a R-11 O/D. Out back I have a 57 Olds safety track rear end that needs rebuilt. This is a old gasser diff. with a cool set of chrome ladder bars.
