These 2 are at the Snyder collection in Ohio. Notice who's car the white one was.

This one runs at my local 1/8mi. The plate says "ALTERED", he drives it in, runs 5's, drives it home.

One of my favorite subjects. One with plates that I minitubbed a couple weeks ago. My tribute to the Comet drag cars. Ran an all motor 11.20 in the quarter last week.

The Hayden Proffitt 612 car seems to go back and forth, with and without injector stacks? do I need thicker glasses? more caffiene?

Man, there's something about these old Comets that makes the old ticker skip a beat. A friend of mine up in South Jersey is building one, oughta have it painted any day now. I'll post some pics after my next trip North.

No I just have the dash apart to rebuild it back to the original switches on the lights ignition and wipers at the bottom with a flat plate of alluminum in the center with the gauges.
I may put the 4.11 tracklock pig in Sunday so I can run it at test and tune Friday next week to se if I want to change the 4.57 locker to a 4.30 or 4.11.
It hooked real good a month ago and ripped all 10 rear lugs off as I tried to launch breaking the diaginal brace and the disc brake rotor cap. I spent a month rebuilding it and changing to a panard bar on the rear It handles better now and It ran a 12.14 at 108mph 1/4 mile on strait motor and I hope to break in to the 11's with the 4.30 or 4.11 rear change.

Saw a tiny pic in old 60's mag of a drag car '63 S-22 hardtop (pillarless "fastback" roof) looked later couldn't find it. Anybody seen that? Did I imagine it?
