Love that little thing...wish I could find a junk body around to build something similar...but ANY piece of scrap Corvette fiberglass is worth more today than I'd pay....

  3. That is by far the best looking Vette I have ever seen. I never liked vettes before. Looks like the HAMB wins again.

When I read your piece, my first thought was that the car I was familiar with from the 50's had been a '56. The Mc Nulty car was the one featured in the little books and is a much better looking car. I could be wrong, but that '53 just seems like a copy of the Mc Nulty car to me.

The Moriera/Mc Nulty car is just perfect from its stance to the period perfect whitewall size (I'd ditch the spots, though).

That is one cool ride. Thanks for sharing it again! I really liked the head on shot, that looks wicked.

One of my faves too, it's a totally cohesive design.

Good styling and just enough of this and that to make it outstanding. Not much of a vett fan but I could live with this one.

    Beautiful car.

My dad has told me several times about a '54 Corvette that his mom bought for him new in '54. Shortly after he had Darryl Starbird do a custom grille on it. Unfortunately he doesn't have any pics. Does this sound familiar to any Wichita, KS folks?

That is one BEAUTIFULLY restyled Corvette!

I used to have an old R&C little book that featured a customized 50's Corvette - the workmanship was great, but the restyling wasn't...
