Yeah I missed out on yours so I bit the bullet and snipped mine. :D

Yeah I'm a great fan of his talents. I always marveled at his posts.

My rarest is probably my "Redskins" tag topper with a football player passing the ball. It was a Houston Tx high school I guess. I milled the Houston off of it so my local Redskin fans will be jealous. Yeah they suck right now but I'm not a bandwagon frontrunner type of fan. High schools couldn't have sold a lot. The DAMN football broke off in shipment.

  4. I unfortunately don't have the answers to your questions, but your car rocks! Do you have any more pictures of it? At least a side profile. Thanks!

That one is NOS. I've had it as for a while, part of a whole early to late 50's NHRA collection I was putting together.

  8. Here's one that I run on the front of my '34 Coupe. It was sold for $1.00 in the 1950's by civic groups like the Lions Club as a fundraiser. They were made by the WV Prison Industries and used the same blanks as the regular plates.

Some really cool ones here

While this one is kinda weak by comparison, I found it in my grandparents garage as we were preparing to tear it down. These were fairly popular in the 60's. Although the original message was more directed towards forest fires, it takes on a new meaning in this century.

Heres a 1929 i will use on my 29 Chevy someday. The drive slow was made in Canada in the 50's. The m/c tags were found on a barn wall they are 35,36,37. I don't know why they are sideways. It took me 4 tries to get them loaded.

...on the back of my '56 Ford Mainline. I'm always amazed at the young people that laugh and the old people that are puzzled and ask, "...I don't understand, ...Adios, MF."
