Oh man, That would look good as a shifter knob in my truck. I really like the way that wood turned out.

I will produce this TIKI-totem to be used in the X-treme car show Helsinki next month. The height will be approximately 90''. The material for this 2-sided item will be 1,5'' Viscom-board.

Not up to the par of so many of the true artists on here but one of my favorite captures from the KKOA Leadsled Spectacular Run What Ya Brung Drags.

  19. Great show this week! It's been months since I've had the opportunity to get back on here and be involved! I've been away building an empire of apparel, skateboards, and cornhole board designs...it has taken up all of my free time but anytime I have some car culture related art I will be bringing it back here! Keep up the awesome work as always guys and gals!

Atleast your stuff fits the theme... ;)

And no need to ever apologize, certainly not to me, anyway - I never tire of lapping up the eye candy on the FAS. Great show this week.

    Great show again guys!

I feel I need to clarify what I posted late last week. First and foremost, photography IS an artform! F-stop settings and depth of field settings on cameras are black magic and voodoo to me. I assume non pencil-and-paper artist wonder how we decide what color to use, or how we come up with our poses or light sources. I have no problem with people taking their own photos and tweeking them or adjusting them.
I do have a problem with people making photo collages ( usually using other peoples photos ), tweeking them with photoshop filters and adjustment sliders, and then passing it off as an original. Whether you allude to the piece being an original, or if you don't correct other people when they think it is, it's not right.
Making photo collages, to me, is like putting bumper stickers on your car. It's doing something visual, but it's not art. Especially if you didn't take the photos in the first place.
Computers are tools, not unlike an airbrush, a camera, or an oval template. Typing keys on a keyboard does not make you an artist.
Again, I know this idea may not be popular, because most people don't want to put the incredible amount of time or work in to be a good artist or photographer. That's what I think.

  29. Nice shirt, JJ! You and ORG make a great team!
