He sat on the hard wooden pew and wiped his brow nervously. Despite his best efforts, a bead of sweat rolled down his cheek. Never before had he felt so trapped, so confused, or so conflicted. In front of him sat a family of four dressed in their bes... <BR><BR>To read the rest of this blog entry from The Jalopy Journal, click here.
Bought the grey one and wore it on Saturday at the Roundup. Lots of compliments. Thanks for doing cool shirts other then black or white.
The grey mag shirt and the dark red cadillac shirt are both printed on 100% cotton Gildan or Anvil shirts... The black "flathead lives" shirt is printed on 100% cotton Gildan shirts and then put through an enzyme wash. If you've ever bought a $75 Lucky Brand shirt, then you know what these feel like... They went through the same wash. They are rad. Soft like an American Apparel, but thicker... Really, they feel like a 5 year old t-shirt that has been washed a ton of times.
The flathead lives shirt is by far the best design The Journal has done. Really cool work there. I shoulda bought one while I was there but I was trying to be on my best behavior since I lost my job. I'll see if I can sneak it in when my unemployment check gets deposited hahah!!!!
Mines ordered. Looking forward to wearing it at Eagle Field next month. So a co-worker showed up today wearing a Lone Star Roundup 2012 shirt. Damn, they're everywhere! Retiring this year and now I have to go!
"Splashed into the aisle." Great imagery. If you've never broken into a 'flop sweat', you don't know how good that line is. A very enjoyable read. Thanks.
Ryan, is there a financing option available? I'm broke as hell, but come payday, I'm going to order some sweet new threads. I love the Mag shirt! The Cadillac shirt looks pretty slick as well...
None with the print on the back again this year? And please, enough with the "soft" stuff unless the same print is available on a regular shirt. I put one of those on once and immediately took it off, felt naked. Those soft shirts remind me of something a dude with flip-flops and cargo shorts would wear.
Reminds me of when I was younger, everything but the church. Getting one of those Flathead shirts, great job.
Just ordered mine Always top quality "schwag" from top quality people. Never a disappointment. AMEN-AMEN!!
The sinner (Judas?) who turns his back on Christ wears a TJJ shirt. Bet it was him who splashed into the isle.
