1936 Ford Floor pan

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by 1oldtimer, Sep 11, 2011.

  1. Anyone make them other then bradley, that are NOT the street rod style.

I want bradleys but I'm worried about the 2+ year wait.

And I don't have the tools or the space to make my own.

They are not in the USA, but waddingtonstreetrods.com.au make a floor for a 36. They do send sheetmetal to Sacremento Vintage Ford.

I recieved my floor pans a year ago exactly [I just looked up the invoice]. Give Paul a call 704 392-3206, he is very freindly and honest, loves 36 Fords, we kinda became friends over the phone. He will tell you how long a wait. My floorpans look and fit perfect.

I got frustrated with trying to get a set of Paul Bradleys floors and I purchased a set of the ebay one's mentioned above. I had also many years ago got some of Bradleys. Quality is not even close to Bradleys, but availabilty was prompt shipping and detail is more correct than the street rod ones available. Bradleys "were" a one piece design and had the D nuts in them. He also had crisper stamping detail. These ones on eBay are made in 2 pieces per side and lap / flange welded together and have no D nuts in them. I would use them again ,but would prefer that they would have come as 2 pieces per side. There is a thread on the Ford Barn a couple years back that I posted detailed pictures of the eBay pans. Here is a link :

Does it go all the way back to the trunk kick up and does it go to the door?. Mine is flat sheet, oil canning bad and the car is cocooned in the yard (I can't measure it). This is what I need, everything is good except the floor itself up to the front floor (under seat and back).

The street rod EMS ones look lame and this other one I'm not sure if the rear panel dimensions will be the same as stock, I want to use as much stock pieces as I can.
