Hello everybody, my name is Jamey Jordan and I build custom bomber style seats and I just wanted to show off my work alittle. Thanks for your time guys.
Heres a few more detailed shots of some of the seats i have built. thank you guys for your kind words. i have a ton of photos on my myspace. myspace.com/handmadeseatco
Nice work, but maybe try an intro in the appropriate section, then this won't come off so much like SPAM.
^^^^^^ Oh Scott, did you turn over a new leaf? That was so nice of you to help this guy out... By the way, those are some bitchen seats man!
Ima not trying to come off as spam.. i sold my 30 sedan last fall and dont have anything at this time...ive spent all spring building seats instead of another car and i just wanted to show off my work alittle...
Great work, but policy is policy. Please do go to the "Intro" forum and do a proper introduction. Then come back and give us more so we can "oooooh N ahhhhhh" over it.
It's cool. Just trying to help you out in the long run. Like I said nice work. And when you start pimping them for sale put it in the classifieds.
I posted a Intro forum like you asked.. iam sorry if this can across the wrong way. Thanks for your kind words, i am new to this site and iam trully sorry if this came off as spam...
SUPERMEGABADASS craftsmanship man! The guys are right though. Nobody can afford to buy without knowing prices these days. What ya got in the way of itty bitty seats? I'm doin a T roadster with very little room and i'd love a set. #2 do you build custom sizes?
Those seats are sick As a sheet metal mechanic myself I can truly appreciate the workmanship WELL DONE !!
What separates ART from SPAM? It is obvious that this man's work is quality and he has no qualms about showing it to potential new friends and customers. That he didn't tippy toe up to the HAMB pool and humbly ask if he could go swimming says a lot about his confidence. He walked up, dove in, and said "here I am, this is my work, I am proud of it, if you want prices, call me." Then it was left to the reader to determine if they wanted to pursue the matter. Sometimes this HAMB bowing and scraping gets old. But it does keep things interesting. John
Which is exactly what made it seem spam like. If he had done an intro and conveyed that he was here for the HAMB and not to pimp his wares then it wouldn't have seemed so much that way. But he has rectified it. Though it is much more friendly than it used to be about such matters. But then again I wouldn't expect the owner of a 1987 Ford Tempo, 4 Door to understand much.
Thank you John.. I just wanted to show off my work, nothing more than that.. yes I do sell the seats but that wasn't my intention at all to try and sell something in this forum. The seats that are in the photos were built to order and have been sold. If anybody is interested in any of my work just hit me up private and I will do my best to help you in anyway I can.
ncjamey, YOU HAVE TAKEN BOMBER SEATS TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL! Your an artist! Just AWESOME WORKMANSHIP!!! Thanks for posting picz......GOOD LUCK.
late intro or not your seats are works of art. but...rules are rules your punishment is at least 2 tech articles with photos posted right away
