These tail lights are bad ass and are used quite often on all kinds of cars & trucks. Some are very well done and some aren't, but still cool cause it's a 59 Cadillac light! They make repop lenses in red, orange and clear so possibilities are infinite!

Let's see some pics of either well use or poor use, of your own or others you've seen.

I will start it off with mine, I cut the lense and used only the tip for a very subtle change. You probably wouldnt even realize its done if you don't own a 62 or just know the 62 well.

Here's some '59 Caddy taillights you've never seen...hand blown glass from www. Dichrome.com...and they can even custom build a set for the taillights for that '62 as well...

wow those are incredible! Never thought the 59 light could be improved on.

I bet they could make a killer hand blown shift knob too!

Look at the site, thats mainly what they do.

I dont care for their shift knobs though, too hippy looking for me.

Then you need to check out that site...www.Dichrome.com, that's what they specialize in...automotive glass accessories...shift knobs, door locks, air cleaner hold downs, all custom built to whatever color you want...

Oh BTW, that's my son's '59 Caddy in the pic...

and as for the "hippy," well, to each his own...he can kustom build one to your specifications, size, shape and color...

Here's one. It's not nearly as nice as the ones pictured above though.

Great photo! I like the way the drive in lights match and bring out the color of the tailights.

thanks. i borrowed a mates camera for it on a cruise one night. it took me a couple of goes to catch the flashing indicator lit up at full strength though, while he was impatiently crouching down in the front seat with his foot on the brake pedal :)
