What craftsmanship and ingenuity. Thanks for posting that up and thanks to Ynottayblock for finding it! Ryan
Fantastic video. What fine craftsmanship. All the jigs are cool....especially the full bike frame rotating one. He sure makes it look easy. Where is the older fireman ladder thread/video? I did a search and couldn't find it. These videos have been inspiring to say the least.
Lots of us lifelong bike guys ARE into hotrods but I would say a strong majority (even tho they haul their bikes to trailheads and races on cars) are anti car, militant types. I say this from experience, I spent much of my adult life in the industry and all of my life riding.
Mu daughter raced BMX on a national level, we had her frames custom made. It was a treat to have the guy that made them would watch her riding style, measure her reach, inseam etc then produce a work of art that not only fit like an extension of her body but also was amazing to look at sitting still. The use of various sizes and tubing types, straight and ovalized, was amazing. True artisans.
i was captivated... over a fkn push bike! awsome clip and sweet work to the guy who filmed it... now do a hot rod movie!
