I was cruising my local craigslist...came across an ad for a 1955 Chevrolet 2 door 150 Sedan for cheap money....called up, it's still available. Two hours later it's mine...the car will be coming home on Saturday. The car came with tons of parts as well as an extra frame. This will be good welding practice for me as it has been awhile since I tackled a project of this magnitude. The older gentleman I got it from was real easy to deal with and I gave him what he wanted for it.

Wow,...for some reason I could not find the first thread...no,..only found 1 car. Not sure what build direction I am heading in....

  7. Tail dragger I would definately go tail dragger with it. ;)

Why not build a D gas car like the wappid wabbit. Keeps it a competition type of a car, keeps it gas class and you will never park next you yourself anywhere. granted the only people that will get it are the well informed but who needs the reat of the folks anyway.

Perfect gasser material and a 150 no less! How's the floors and trunk in it?

Looks like a pretty solid car.

Ahh yes, such is the appropriate action when finding a bargain, because offering anything less would be uncivilized.
