  2. Killer stuff Josh! Love the bike! The little character pieces have been great too (Get that
    spider!!!)

Last week I posted a '40 pick-up I titled "Wrong Year". Well it wasn't the wrong year for at least one fellow HAMBer. He, being a good guy, requested one of his own with all the appropriate tweaks (and was willing to pay handsomely ;).) So I slung away with the pencil, adding just a hint of color to make it unique, and here is the result...

Hope you like what you see Harlan, I'll eMail you either tomorrow or this week end...

hello everyone! its been quite a while since i have had something worthy of the art show....but, i think you guys might enjoy this.

i found this 1959 buick invicta in the woods on our family's property while riding my atv last year. the rest of the car was half sunk in mud, and shot to hell from target practice. suprisingly the nose was still intact. had to have it!

brought it home and restored it, painted it hot rod black. just finished all the neon and finishing touches today.

i always thought it looked like a monster of some sort. i tried to bend the neon accordingly.

Well, here's a pic of Babe Ruth's Zephyr, no filters, no 'shop, just the raw photo as it was inside Gooding's tent on Sunday at Pebble Beach:

I made this lamp for my girlfriends dad. He had an extra set of handle bars and I had a gas tank that I built from scratch. I then built a mock tripple tree and backbone. I found an old headlight and wired a light in. I made the gas cap out of aluminum on the lathe. I buffed the raw steel to make it shine then I did a quick paint job. The last photo has my '35 in it just to keep things hamb related.

Steve Stanford takes all the credit for the Nova with the Corvair roof and Impala trim. I just added what a long roofer version would look like with Corrvair wagon roof. Sorry, couldn't get the whole sketch in the scanner.

    Well Charly,

This was worth really the wait. It's freakin' fabulous! I really dig it's sinister look.

    Well done, sir.

That is really cool! That would make a great wall hanger or integrated into a bar...with something to protect the neon of course.
