Another killer Stray Kat 500 in the books! What a fantastic weekend! I will keep my storytelling here at a minimum and save those words for a magazine article I'm writing on the show.

The show starts off early for us at the host hotel parking lot before the Friday Reliability Run.

Our buddy Rick (ricksherl here on the HAMB) just finished his 31 Coupe with the help of his 89 year old father. Well finished enough to drive up to the show, Rick has some plans to finish his new ride out. Ben Dragdaddy's picked Rick's ride for his special award at the show.

Pretty soon it was off for the Reliability Run. Dan Greenburg and myself hopped in the Merc with Dad and took off a few minutes early so we could catch everyone on the run.

Aaron Lawrence of Fast A.L.'s Upholstery leading the pack.

Dan Stears' ride always looks good but looks great rolling down the road.

I am already experiencing a very enjoyable sense of deja vu viewing your excellent photos, Travis. Here's to many more get togethers just like it.

Wow Trav, you and Greenie togther is very cool. Hope he posts up some of his fine work on this event as well. Dewey is so cool, what a setting for this awesome event. The quality of rides at this event is superior, was hoping to see a shot of my brother T.J Mercury's bad ass blue rag top. Thanx for the trip and never leaving the farm. ~sololobo~

Thanks for sharing a great batch of photos of some fine looking cars.

If guys want to know how 55 Chevys looked in the late 50's early 60's all they have to do is check out that Black tudor, they nailed it on that one.

Fantastic pictures Travis! As always, thanks for all the work you put into taking these awesome photos, the work involved in posting them up, and best of all, thanks for sharing with those of us that couldn't make it. I was at Vintage Torquefest but truly wish I could have been both places at once. You're pics are the next best thing to being there, man!

He also has a very damn nice 53 Chevy Truck!

I've met him and sold him stuff but I don't remember if he's on here or not.

Thanks, I'm trying to keep the excitement of my first magazine with each one, so far so good!

You and me both on the both places thing. Thank you for the continued support and compliments my friend!
