  2. not to hijack this thread but do you have anymore pics of the shoebox? especailly from the front i just made adeal to buy a 50 meteor grille and im trying to see how to mount it in my 50 ford

    Did you get the meteor grill surround as well ?

  8. My wagon doesn't have a surfer theme, but could have with a roof rack and board added.

    The Waves don't get that big on the great lakes, so it won't get a board anytime soon.

    I am still not sure what i will do with the paint.
    maybe the same colors whit or whitout scallops or the same color only flat. with scallops
    but i think the first year i keep it this way with the primer spots
    and then a nice surfshop logo on the door. made look like its on there sinds 59

    i like your idea! i always find it kinda funny tho,when i see a wagon with a surf board and nowhere near a ocean.

    Mine - recently saved from the banger boys / scrappage..... - it will be my surfwagon within the next year.
    Friends have just moved out to Cali - so I get my first 'real' attempt at surfing later this year - looking forward to it already.......
