The photos are incredible. I love the aerial shot of Austin pre Mo-Pac(Loop 1) This is really exciting. We made some great friends over at the camp in conjunction w/ getting this coordinated. And Ryan is correct, that museum is incredible and a must see for everyone who comes to the show.

  3. I'm really looking forward to this. I hope I can button down some things on my car before approval and registration closes. It'd be my first car show entry!

I failed to mention it, but while the HRR is a pre-48 traditional hot rod show, we will have a preferred parking lot for cars made before 1965.

Details later... My ass is tired... And I'm going to bed!

That is pretty cool. I'm sure the pics this time will be awesome as well. Would love to make a winter road trip and check it out.

You set the bar high last year, and then you cleared it by 3 feet this year.

    Can't wait.

No... Just the body... we had a number of 50's styled cars last year and even a few 60's styled. The bulk were and will be late 1940's and early 1950's styled cars.

Well Austin, TX is too far again for me to attend this year and wish you guys the best of luck. Looks to be another stellar setup for sure.

But, besides that Austin, I would love to have that little Austin pickup in your inspiration photo set. That is a very sweet looking little truck. Would seriously love to have one of those.

Cool, I I think my dad spent some time there before he went to flight school during WWII.

No car running and no time or extra cash this year but one of these years in the near future we will make it down there for the run/show.

Ryan, Glad you were able to put this together. It'll be a fantastic venue for a show, as I'd often thought it would be. Great history, fantastic museum. Kudos.

Finally, a place where my 39 Chevrolet 4D done up to look like a pre Dec. 7th 1941 Air Corps. staff car (Kelly AFB) might fit in?....
