    I get a kick out of this one. Im assuming it means you are giving the car behind you permission to pass you up. Really shows how times have changed. Like anyone nowadays would even give it a second thought, fuckin blow around you before you even got a chance to flick that thing on.

  17. I share your fascination with these lights. I found a 30's vintage accessory stop light and mounted it in the back window of Henrietta the '38 Ford pickup, wired it in as a third brake light. Reduced my risk of getting rear-ended while maintaining the vintage look.

    I didn't see this one but it might not be aftermarket with the running light and tag light lens. Cast aluminum with 20s era wire connections.

    Very cool! I have had this one forever patented 1924 Presto Signal Co. San Francisco. Head rotates left to right stop in center. Operates on vacuum or maybe compression. I have the original steering column switch also.

    It shouldn't be too hard to get these locally laser cut in any style you can come up with and attach them to an existing tail light. Hmmm....
