Been around this block on and off for a bit now, sorry for the intro delay. I came around here to support my soldier's long life dream of building his own rod. We started the work just a little over 2 years ago now,...whew... how time (and dollars) fly when your building fun! She (Miss Daisy, as we lovingly call her) started out as a family project the winter of 2010. But due to yet another PCS and our lack of machinery skills and time; we needed to find a reliable person/welder/classic car builder/shop kinda guy/gal/miracle worker, you know the type?. In come Shannon and April of "Pot'o Gold Customs" (cue the music)! Can you say God sent? Well I'm sure through much sweat and tears (mostly on my part; kidding) she is coming along quite nicely. Thanks Pot of Gold! So this is me... until the next post. Tootles, Mrs. Adee & the Boys
Hi, welcome youse.. In the spirit of our very own Australian cult hero (the fish & chips bitch from Ipswich), could you cheerfully "please explain'"? the acronym PCS? Good luck. Sweet avatar pic, that's Miss Daisy. A bit like my car, 5 tears older. Cheers & welcome agin!
Welcome from New York. My builds were always family events too. It is more fun that way. Now my kids are grown and the grandsons think "Pop's" cars are the coolest.
Welcome from Kansas. PCS? Hmm...military permanent change of station? Hard to build a car out of a duffle bag if that's what PCS is. Awesome wheels sister! I really like the 49-52's.
