Outstanding video and craftsmanship. I originally took a welding class to learn how to do fillet brazing so I could build bicycle frames...took a very very simple crack at it. Let me tell you...building a nice quality bicycle frame is every bit the amount of work the video shows...he makes it look effortless...sign of a true craftsman.

Thanks for the vid, seeing these always makes me want to take my meager skills up a notch.

Tremendously cool, thanks. There's still quite a few people doing good work like this if you take the time to look, many here on the hamb as well. Thanks for sharing.

Great timing, one of my work mates just sent this one to me and hadn't had a chance to watch it..

I don't personally know Sean but have seen his work for years. Nice stuff.

The black frame jig with the orange handles is made by Don Ferris who runs Anvil bike works, another talent in the industry.

Whoever is in Austin, TX the last weekend in Feb. there is the North American Handmade Bicycle Show. I imagine Sean and a bunch of others will be there showing.

I'll be there representing my employer, United Bicycle Institute. We teach frame building. Not meant to be a plug just sharing info.

You can get an attachment for your torch and tanks that's like a little acetylene candle. The torch body has an on/off switch that already has a preset mixture. Flip in on and point the torch towards the "candle".
