35 ford grille super hard to find and over $2400 to replace. i figured out how to get all the bows and tweaks out of the grille. made a fin straighter, and this jig for welding etc. coming good so far.

new AMD quarter panel. fiot is very nice.not welded yet . cant do it on the rotisserie. needs to be on jack stands on the ground.this car flexes way to much

the sheet metal where the door handle bolts to was actually torn at the holes. i tig welded them up and then spot welded a piece of 18 gauge behind the whole area to add strength. not the greatest repair but doors are expensive.

direct to metal primer. a cross between epoxy and etching. on the old cars like this i like to sand blast, prep the metal with some kind of rust converter, then apply the primer sealer,then body filler where needed, block sand and prime again until perfect.my philosophy is body filler doesnt have additives in it to help it bond to metal like the primer does. just the method i use. opinions will vary on this subject

prepped the bare steel and treated with por 15 "metal ready" there are rust pits in the surface. i wired wheeled it then treated it it (por 15)
