That's a 72 or earlier Waste Management Motorized dumpster with proper patina and the welds look pretty strong!
Probably a after market copy of chevy rally wheel do you have any pictures? The center hubcaps probably are a different size also.

Looks great with the rear lower did you have to roll the edge of the fender for sidewall clearance?
