Check out your pistons before you buy. You much keep the quench up to atleast stock comp. Many new lo $ end 390 FE pistons are low in the quench...

Sounds correct . I charge $ 350.00 plus parts. Most need a whole lot more than a rebuild kit. Think about the time needed to do a correct quality...
