McGard, best choice. Made in USA (right down the street actually).
Collinite insulator wax is the best stuff I've ever used. They have been making wax since 1936 so it's traditional as well.
Bracket is very similar to GM stuff. Would guess it's an auto shop teachers aid or sales display.
