There's not a lot to it. Pull the transmission, unbolt the pressure plate from the flywheel, remove/replace the clutch plate, bolt the pressure...
If you have an agreed value policy, and since you mentioned Hagerty I imagine you do, the adjuster will appraise the damage and submit the claim....
