I didn't trust the wood with nails so I drilled 130 1/8 holes for 4-40 machine screws. [ATTACH]
Here's the frame with the vinyl stretched over the canvas and cotton layers after applying every side with a generous coating of 3M spray adhesive...
Had to borrow the wife's electric blanket to warm everything up so I could stretch out the vinyl for the insert. [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
