As for the decal on the trunk, apply a little heat to it with a hair dryer or heat gun. If there's adhesive leftover try a little lighter fluid.
Here's a concept I did for Classic Trucks a few years back. I've swapped the wheels since then to be a bit more HAMB friendly.
