Thanks for all the replies. Am I correct to assume that the tailgate hinges on a full length 5/16 rod ?
Any hamber have an original one that they could take pictures of the tailgate detail near the bottom reveal where it lines up with the body-tub....

Should be at least tacked in 4 places in a lathe using a dial indicator,then weld'er up !
Looks like 70's Stafford Springs speedway before the flea market got big. Fleamarket was infield only and rods were allowed to park around the track.

Starting on the mullins trailer I brought home Fri. something to tow with the Deuce 4-door.
I could work it out in a trade towards work-etc. You know, bones type stuff.
Thinking about switching from Grundy to Condon-Skelly for an almost $200 savings on 2 cars. What do you guys think? pros or cons.
