That photo of it outside the garage looks very cool, like it was taken with a TLR or some other old style camera, gives it almost a model in a diorama look. BTW I like the car, a bit too much chop for me but it came out nice, the tops on the 1940-48 Chevy's are too tall by about 3" if you follow the top should be 1/2 the height of the body rule, and thus they always look better chopped.
So the 41 has been stripped of its paint ready for its build. After cruising it around with the chopped roof and in flat black have decided to build this thing properly, cause im sick of people referring to it as a "rat car".
She's a beautie good work. Your new business adventure will be great with that kind of work pulling out the door.
Looking forward to seeing the progress on this . Seems that we haven't had the greatest threads on here on a while . Pretty stoked on this one Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
What size tires are you running, I'm trying to figure out how big I can go with out rubbing while laid out
I love the car, my 46 has an almost identical chop. After I prime it this weekend it's getting bagged and getting a 350/700r4
Just finishing up the front end. The bar is a 55 new yorker bumper overrider. It will have the turn signals in the holes.
Been a while since its last update but got back onto the 41 and replaced the sills and floors. Will have a run on it now trying to get it on the road by October
