Didn't get a better angle picture, but this short door coupe at Rocken Red Deer yesterday was beautiful.

  3. BURLINGTON, IOWA CAR......? I used to run across a Dark Blue '46-'48 Ford Coupe on the Custom Revival Circuit in the late '80's through the Early '90's......Skirts, White Pinstriped, pretty much typical of that Era. It's been conspicuous by its absence for some time. Does anyone remember it? Zebulon

Just saw this one at the grocery store. Nice car, just confused design with the mustang logo and conny kit ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1440966346.395008.jpg ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1440966358.931430.jpg

    Home in the garage...

Less than a minutes with some quick detailer brought the color back on that small patch on the fender. Hit the dash and bumpers with some steel wool next.

Can't wait to see how it polishes out. Stay tuned for more.

Something like this is the goal. Want to do a drop axle with disc brakes.... then see what happens next.

I plan on building the frame from this one and have it done, so that I can just plop the body from my Tudor on it and then do the body work. This is the one I will be building...........

I was pretty sure there was a good builder who understood what they were doing and a buyer that was under educated ( being nice) the mustang logo stuck on the hood side was kind of a head shaker but nothing done was non reversable. The cool thing is he likes his car, and drives it.

California rake would really complement the bone-stock flathead. Aside from new rubber and fluids, I doubt I'll change much on this car for some time to come.
