yep, still looking. Check those walls and attics. I've had a few guys contact me that have early smooth caps with three ribs. Not sure if those are early unlicensed repo's of Lincoln Caps, or did Lincoln have a no-name cap?

Ok, I have manage to get my hands on six and have a few leads to follow up on. Once the last four show up I will post some pictures. Thanks to everyone for all the leads!

I am still looking for two. The set of four that I have are early Ford but they must be a little later and have about a 1/4" less depth.
Need two more to get these on my 32.[IMG]

I've got three but they are for chevy wheels with the clips on the inner part of the wheel, ran these on a 52 hard top for a couple of years, still don't know what happened to the fourth one!

Eh I think reproducing them would take a lot of the cool factor away. I've probably had 10 sets over the years, they are out there if you look.

One is not as tight on the merc wheel...im going to slice the mounting ring, open it then tig welded see it does the trick.

I now have two new sets, and one driver quality set that I run on the three window. I lost one last year on a 50 mile drive.....retraced it several times and couldn't find it. I did find a single replacement but it's the lower crown, so if anyone has another rough single I would be interested!

  16. I got a set on the classifieds.
And i just bought a set of moon caps from the 70s in a box...bad thing is that they fit chevies
