Ok lets keep this thread at the top, here is one of the rear......Flattened '40 Crossmember, '34 axle converted to open drive, '40 rear spring mounted to '36 wish bones. I think she has a sexy butt! 20150623_120242_resized.jpg 20150623_120218_resized.jpg
Next up is the Lakes style push bar to complete the rear

Finely got it back together. Took it for a short ride today. Wanted to get it done last week so I could take it to Pueblo but that was not to be. 20140622_164249.jpeg

I have mentioned this before and I'm saying it again; I LOVE your deuce! I hope you don't mind but I'm going to base my 5W on yours. I will probably go with '35 wires though.

If anyone on here has even noticed me hanging around ,know I don't keep the same car long , Bought this one back from the guy I sold it to ,20 years later to the exact month, about 10 months ago, you can tell he wheeled and painted it in late 80s, it is now torn down and in paint shop(Black) with steelies , wont be leaving no more 000_1072.jpg

Start walking "downstream"from the 51st bridge. I know most of a pickup went over the side in '56 when the river was high. A friend needed to get rid of "junk"! All he kept was the chassis.
