Hot Rods Holley Carb. to Edelbrock manifold

Hate to take band space but I am getting conflicting Info. Lets see if Squirrel is out there?

When I put a Holley 1850s square bore carburetor on a Edelbrock 2101 spread bore manifold do I use the Edelbrock 2732 plate and gasket. Plate first, then gasket or gasket, plate and second gasket.

I'd put a gasket on each side of the plate.

 

And there you have it, no sooner done than said!
