I'm getting back to work on one of my project vehicles, a 1949 Dodge Wayfarer. Working on the frame, I C-notched it and I'm doing a triangulated 4 link, and trying to figure out what the stock ride height was for comparison. Anyone have a measurement from ground to bottom of rocker? Doesn't need to be a Wayfarer, could be a Coronet.
Try google images for reference. You can look at the hub of the wheel, and how it lines up with the rockers. The first thing I did, was lower my Dodge. I didn't bother to measure height. I hope that helps.
My 50 was about 7or8 inches in the back .The rear tire showed 1" above the wheel opening ,I remember this because I wanted the gasser to show 3" of tire above the to bottom of wheel opening.
