Hey all, I have a question that I don't know the answer to and I'm turning to the wealth of knowledge here in hopes of finding the answer. I'm looking at putting a 1936 truck bumper on my 36 5-window. Mainly because I have never been a fan of the dip in the stock bumpers, since the previous owner gave away the original ribbed DeSoto bumpers that he got when he bought the car, and since I'm not running my spare tire, I don't need it. My question is this: can I use stock (or even Drake's shortened) passenger car bumper braces on a truck bumper? Do the mounting holes line up, or will I have to fab up some new braces? Thanks in advance.

Thanks, Petejoe, that's what I was thinking, and I had spent time reading and rereading that page in the catalog, but wasn't 100% sure and the guy at Bob Drake wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed.
