Technical Help to ID a Ford deck lid.

Hi, got this lid in a trade as it does not fit the other guy's 30 coupe. it is 35 3/4" wide X 30 1/2" from bottom lip to top lip along the skin, not straight across. It looks pretty much like the 32 roadster lid with about the same width but 4" shorter on top.
Any idea what it is? Thanks.

 

Looks like a model A lid tome, might not fit due to damage

 

It was about an inch too wide for the coupe.

 

Anyone?

Just measured my stock '30 coupe. It is a rumble seat but opening should be the same.
Along the top it measures 36 1/2 wide. Along the bottom 35 1/2. From top to bottom taken down the center (next to rumble handle) 31". I have to agree with Gomez the measurements are probably changed because of damage.

 

Sure appears to be an A lid. Its amazing how similar the inner skin is to the 32-34's. I am mating a good outer to a good inner now for my cabrio. They look just alike other than hinge reliefs. Tim

 

Could be a 29 trunk lid. They are narrower than 30-31 lids. The measurements match my opening when I made my louvred skin.

all model a deck lids are the same
the difference is the handle location
and for another tid bit of info..... a 32 coupe deck has the same width as an a but its about 4 inches longer

It's a 28/29 lid. The liner is different than a 30/31.
